Our main activity
Founded in 1993 in Romania, RANCON is a manufacturer of industrial metal parts and machinery. Our castings are made of both nonferrous (bronze, brass, aluminium) and ferrous alloys (cast iron, steel).
Our industrial parts are intended for clients in various industries: steel, shipping, machinery, industrial machinery and construction materials, agricultural machinery and many more.
In addition, Rancon casts arts and decorative objects from bronze and other alloys.

The way we work
Our company specializes in one-off castings and low-volume production runs.
The manufacturing of moulds and the melting can be done in various ways, depending on the parts configuration and on their chemical composition. Similarly, the casting can be either static, centrifugal or high-pressure.

RANCON made an important technological development in 2009, when it acquired the equipment for preparation and regeneration of foundry sand from the British company OMEGA.
This acquisition was madepossible with funds from the Environment Fund Administration under contract no. 241/01.10.2008, entitled Implementation of a modern and environmentally friendly preparation and regeneration foundry mixtures to reduce the amount of waste hall of the process proposed for extension, located in Bulevardul Chimiei nr. 14, Iasi" |
